Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

Note: We ship globally, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other specified remote locations.

🔄 Step-by-Step Return Process

1Contact Our Support Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

3Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your original invoice.

4Ship to Our Address
Send your return package to:

Include your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

5Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items
• Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Timing: The refund appearance in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective products

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund
• For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost

🚫 Important Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:

• Batteries (due to shipping regulations and safety concerns)
• BIENTÔT DISPONIBLES (upcoming products – special order items)
• Opened or used electronic components
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
• Products purchased as part of special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective)

🔧 Defective Items

If you receive a defective component, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.

🌍 International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges. The declared value should match the refund amount.
