Our Return & Exchange Promise

We stand behind our e-bike components and offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Whether you need a different controller, a battery with different specifications, or any other component that better suits your project, we’re here to help.

Step-by-Step Return Process

2 Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
3 Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your original invoice.
4 Ship to Our Address

5 Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Exchange Information

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Important Exceptions

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts

Defective Items

If you receive a defective component, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges. The declared value should match the refund amount.
